On Thursday I had a doctor's appointment in Roseau, so afterwards Blake and I stopped at Screw's Sulphur Spa. Its one of my favorite places on the island. They have 5 or 6 sulphur pools at varying temperatures (from one that is really really cold to one that is a little warmer than your typical hot tub), and you just sit and relax. Sometimes they play rasta music, and they give you a plate of fruit when you leave (note - they only do that until noon now).
