Blog Challenge Day 3 - How does the weather affect me?

Living on a tropical island, the weather means everything here. Weather forecasts aren't worth the time to look up, just know that there is always a pretty good chance of rain and moderate to high humidity; therefore, I always carry an umbrella. The only thing I religiously keep an eye on in the fall is the Storm Pulse website, so I know what tropical wave, depression, storm, etc. is on its way to visit Dominica. When one of these little buggers head our way, we have a pretty good chance of dirty water and no electric for a few hours, so its good to get the laundry done, dishes washed, showers taken, and extra water saved up before these things happen.
