Second semester...here we come...(but of course, after we enjoy a few weeks together)

Blake got his grades today, and he did great!!! We are officially moving on to second semester of medical school on May 9th! Sooo excited! Now that he has his grades, we can officially relax and spend some quality time together before his next semester starts up.

Heres a recap of his break so far:

Blake started out his semester break with a boiling lake trip with the guys. He will be posting about that soon, so I won't elaborate on it. On Thursday, April 21st we had Aggie Muster, and with a local population of 6 Aggies, we had 3 at Muster, in my book thats a pretty good turnout! Here we are after we had dinner and the Muster ceremony:

For Easter we had some of the neighbors over for pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, green salad, and green beans. It was amazing! Here is a pic of the Easter feast:

Later that night the guys built a fire pit in our yard and we roasted marshmallows and ate a few s'mores. Blake also payed someone to build Kristen and me a garden, so the guy came over and started building the structure that night! The guys by the fire pit:

We found a completely disgusting spider on our porch, similar to the one found upstairs last week...gag:

We are also getting scuba certified during the break, so I'll be sure to post some pictures of that soon! And now that we have our barrel, I'll post a video of our new apartment. We love this place! Its 10 times better than our first apartment here!
